My dear quetie Queens out there in the world, first of all I would like to wish a very happy international women’s day. Loads of love to you all for being here connected. Each of you are making some difference in somebody’s life each day by being different you. Let’s pendown the power of we and raise the #strength and sensitivity of a flower (mimosa flower) which defines the symbol of women’s day. Any thoughts on why was the beautiful and sensitive flower was choosen as a symbol of women’s day?? Is that to compare because women are very sensitive and soft in nature?? Nope! in my thoughts.
Though we are soft and sensitive the strength of each woman can be compared to each different flower as each of them are different in their strengths and blooming in their own uniqueness with no comparison. Here’s one of my favorite quotes ” A flower doesn’t think of competing with the flower next to it, it just blooms” I can relate this to myself and always inspired by the same.

A story of a women is constantly changing since years of time, even the way they tell their own story in a strength of positivity despite of challenges and struggles. They are building their own strength out of the experiences and inspirations of empowered women and mothers of the world. A girl who has been put on the earth by God is to do amazing things by growing a matured woman who fits and fulfills any kind of role by leading herself effectively.
Here’s another quote of leadership which I like “leaders are not made they born to lead” so especially women by birth got some instinct powers to play their roles efficiently in their personal life and spreading their professional leadership skills widely in every field. Here’s the important thing for all of us whic my tittle refers to, the theme of 2021 international women’s day is the “women in Leadership” a great theme to awake and acknowledge many women who still can become independent by choosing to utilize their skill set to lead their lives for a reason to look forward to the better tomorrow.

To campaign the theme of “women in Leadership” one has to start empowering self to step up and step forward for the sake of we to bring some changes what we expect our society should be. We need to educate ourselves and know how to lead ourselve before we think of a leadership role and leading people. Before we judge and gage the opinions of others, we should know how to mold ourselves to different personalities that we are going to lead.
You should be the person what you become and not the one what happened to you. Fire off the past, wow yourself and affirm that no one can break or destroy you for the person you became today by building with the bricks of struggles, pouring of problems, years of tears and with only strength of God. It’s me and may be one among many strong women in the world. I feel proud for what I am today and thankfully this wouldn’t have been without the God’s Grace.
So my dear girls and women of God, each of you are born with a purpose of life and you have a value, keep this up by choosing a right path . Be aware and adhere, a body of a woman doesn’t owe society to sacrifice her mental and physical well-being for. She has a great strength to deal her feelings and situations well independently, raise your own thoughts and be proactive to become a change and chase your dreams. Don’t give up your respect onto disrespect people whatsoever the reasons are. Do not allow people to caste a shadow on your sun shine. Keep smiling, keep shining.

Thank you all for your time in visiting, though this post is short, I hope the message I wanted to convey is covered. Keep expressing your thoughts through your pen if your mind can’t speak ✍🥰

I absolutely agree with you – “Women are the real architects of society,” I further add to it – “The are the caretakers and nurturers too.”
